quick injection question.

ok guys, sorry for the dumb question.

if im injecting my ass, with a 23g 1.5" needle, do i put the needle all the way in ? or halfway in? or 3/4? my ass has some fat, so im guessing all the way right?

Ill say about 3/4

By the way, why not get someone else to inject you?
You can get an retired nurse to inject you for pocket change.

Just print some labels in your computer of "oil based vitamin E" or something and relabel your stuff, in case she aks questions.
This will also help in case police asks you to pull over and search your car.

Don't go 3/4". Go the full 1 1/2" for glutes. I didn't go deep enough before in my ass and it gave me nothing but problems. Quads and delts, I go 1".
 
You have to play it by eye bro, how much fat are you holding? Pinch a little skin do a quick visual measurement, it aint that hard. If you are over 200lbs, don't even worry about it and go all the way.

Have you ever tried to snap a 23g needle? They're pretty damn strong. I wouldn't worry about that bro.
 
What kind of pins are you using???

I have bent my pins past a 90 angle and they still will not break. A good pin will bend into itself before it ever snaps....

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU.......i've only used BD and terumo pins and NEVER had one snap, hell i've bent them around 180 degres before and they don't snap, you'd have to wiggle it back and forth REPEATEDLY to stress it enough that it would break like a paperclip does......no need to worry about pins breaking off

This might be the weirdest reply I've seen in a while..... Where are you supposed to find a retired RN? Do they hang on the corner or something? And you pay the bitch for injecting you? LOL.... That's funny..... I don't think I would ever let someone inject me, I don't trust people..... Medical personel stick you like they are harpooning a whale or something.... Really quick and hard, I don't like that.... I like to go at my own pace, and watch the entire process, it seems to hurt less too.....

they are terumo needles, yeah went all the way. ass is a little sore, but nothing crazy. while driving to work, i felt amazing. almost as if i were on something, dunnno if it was my mind, or me being so excited. i felt like a monster at work too, lol. weird, since it wont start wroking till week 3 i heard. anyways, thanxs guys! u rock!

Please tell me you're trying to be funny--if not, do you suggest putting an ad in the paper or just asking around for a retired nurse? Both sound safe to me-lol--3/4 of an inch in your glutes isn't even close to deep INTRAmuscular inj--I don't even want to comment on the vitamin e statement, you must be one of those professional drug smugglers to have figured that out

yea i would go all the way in and get used to doing it by urself this way u dont have to rely on nebody else, such as that nice rn that big boy was recommending.

Well, I found a nurse, just asking...
Injections are barely felt, very professional.

Relabeling gives peace of mind.
 
Go all the way in. WTF are you guys doing that you have to worry about breaking needles? I am a RN, and have never even heard of someone doing that. There is no way to break a needle with a proper injection. And we do a lot of injections with a 27g needle. If you are worried that you are gonna break a needle, you are doing something terribly wrong. Not dissing anyone, just saying that it should never happen.
 
ok, i inected oj wed. and my ass hurts, lol. it feels like a sore muscle. its not very painful, but i def feel something. today, sunday, i realized that i have a little lump. i dont think its an abcess 1. because i was incredibly hygenic, 2. it doesnt burn or hurt too much. i think what happened is that i injected with an angle and hence didnt hit the muscle.. and so all the test stayed in the fat. im guessing its just absorbing into my body slowly... what do u guys think?

Don't sweat it if you went all the way with a 1.5 you hit the muscle, I get lumps all the time no big deal, you injected oil in to your ass it takes a little while to disperse and a little pain is very common. You are going to live.

yeah, i injected today, sunday. and have absolutely ZERO pain. i guess what happened is that since it was my frist time, i must have shaken a bit, and since made the muscle a bit sore. its all ok ,im sure. thanx guys!
