Spatts? thanks... Click to expand... Dbell cleans build the rotator cuffs, rear delts, and traps...all of these give strength to the entire shoulder area. One arm presses...can't say that I agree with at all. Just never been much of an exercise that I liked at all... External rotations...aren't those to help build the rotator cuff??? B True

S spatts High End Bro Platinum Jun 23, 2003 #4 There are a number of exercises that will build the external rotators, and yes, bye-byes are one. I've never done the 1 arm presses...I guess I'm lazy, I like the two for one. I do seated DB powercleans and you can see those in our video link: http://www.asylum-strength.com/videos.htm
