Just a question.
i'm interested in eventually hiring a all around top trainer to train me. But not just with bodybuilding. i'm interested in boxing, martial arts (wu shu), maybe some MMA someday and gynmastics maybe even alittle bit of different types of dancing like break dancing.
and i also do lots of push up and situps.
recently i purchased a dvd called Men's Health: The Belly Off! Workout - The Body Weight Routine - its a good routine. i use it every morning. i also jog about 2 miles a day.

but i know it would help to have somebody who is a seasoned all around athlete themselves to help me correct my overall form and make me see what i do wrong and why.
recently i saw a wrestler turned MMA fighter named brock lesnar at his training camp on tv. and he has all these trainers working with him. He swims, he does bodybuilding, push ups sit ups, wrestling and lots of other stuff. But he has all these support men and a lead trainer helping him. you can see it on youtube

i also saw Dwayne "the rock" johnson's promo from about 8 years ago where he talks about his routine for summer slam 2003 against brock lesnar. its on youtube. apparently he used to play football.

but the main thing is this. it would be great to have someone help give me the structure and knowledge i need. to train inteligently.
how do i find real smart trainers who follow their own advice. how do i do that? maybe i don't have any really clear goals. but if i can help it, i would love to avoid having to have a trainer for each specific discipline. that would be nice.
but i just admire those guys who are amazing athletic guys who can do great things and splits and so on that have bodybuilder physique. I see them in movies and other areas of sports and so on.
and i want to have what they seem to have
