Questions about bulking plus my pic

Hey people, I'm in need of some advice. First let me tell you a little about myself. I'm 32, 5'9, currently @ 195lbs. Been lifting about 2 years with the last year being the more serious of the two. About 4 1/2 months ago I weighed about 185 and decided it was time to diet... I dieted and got down to like 175 but then I realized that I wanted more size so I immediately stopped & went in the other direction: bulking. I started creatine & ALA, raised my intensity in the gym and ate every god damn thing in sight. Worked great for a while, but lately I've noticed that any weight gained goes straight to my gut. Is this a sign to stop bulking? Probably a stupid question but figured I'd ask anyway. I'm almost scared to gain anymore weight because I know exactly where it's going to go. However, I still want to get bigger so I dunno what to do.

Also, I know it's hard to judge by pics but could anyone give me a ball park figure of my BF?

16% BF huh? K, thanks.

Night Fly, I workout at home and was just getting ready to start. Figured I'd take a shot now so I could compare it with one months down the road.

Any advice on the bulking issue guys?

IMO- You're a big dude, don't worry about bodyfat, just keep growing for a while and cut later.

Like LS said, work the delts a little. You've got decent arms that make your shoulders look smaller in proportion.

nice build lad. You actually look alot like me as far as being lean. I just had my bf% done, and its at about 12% so, I'd take that as a ballpark

Lord Sustan, no thank you lol. I wouldn't bother wasting your time with my legs. I only started doing them 3 months ago... Stupid I know, but I guess better late than never.

Thaibox, thanks a lot for the advice. I will try hitting the shoulders harder like Lord Sustan and yourself suggest. Chronic pain caused me to stop working them really hard... I'm gonna try to rework a routine and see what happens. I'll also try to go up to 200-205 and then reevaluate.

louden_swain & Shankerr, thank you both for the kind words... Between 14-16 BF is good enough for me. Once it's not way out there, I'm good to go. I'll get rid of my gut when it's time.

Thanks again all!

Looking good man.. I'm with everybody else... keep bulking.. the more muscle you pack on the easier that fat is going to melt off like butter..

Suggestion on shoulders is to take more time during the reps to help lessen the chance of injuriy. Goin a little slower on presses helped me gain some nice mass and rehab my shoulders form rough baseball seasons of pitching....

Pretty thick traps (what you do for them), reasonable chest and good arms, especially if you consider it's done in 2 years, as it takes the average bb 7 years of training before they have overall muscle maturety i think you are on the right track and have plenty of time to let the lats and delts catch up
