Question on meals

Get yourself a scale and weigh out your meat before you cook it. Before to long you can just eyeball it and tell hom many ounces it is.

I weigh all my chicken/beef after cooking now.

I cook about 2-3 lbs at a time, cut it up... then for each meal I portion it out... Ive found it to be SO much easier that way, as I buy chicken by the case. So instead of having to weigh it all before I freeze it, I can just toss it into bags and then weigh/cut it up after cooking :)

Just another "weigh" to do it :)

--- oh and LMAO at the first post.... but hey i guess u gotta start somewhere! LOL

Why is this on the steroids forum?

maybe hes eating genetically enhanced chicken.. if you dont have a scale you can buy non frozen breast and compare them to the size of the yours.. i buy the frozen bags and its like 14 servings in the bag but like 6 breasts.. im thinking the guys at the factory suck at math or somthing or are trying to get me upset

I still dont see how 8oz of chicken would imply "in a sandwich". I can't speak for everyone, but I would say that when most people post and say 8oz of chicken, then they mean just that, 8oz of chicken, no skin, bone, or bread. But if they say 6oz then they mean in brown rice....
