I cook about 2-3 lbs at a time, cut it up... then for each meal I portion it out... Ive found it to be SO much easier that way, as I buy chicken by the case. So instead of having to weigh it all before I freeze it, I can just toss it into bags and then weigh/cut it up after cooking

maybe hes eating genetically enhanced chicken.. if you dont have a scale you can buy non frozen breast and compare them to the size of the yours.. i buy the frozen bags and its like 14 servings in the bag but like 6 breasts.. im thinking the guys at the factory suck at math or somthing or are trying to get me upset
