Hey guys I joined my first gym today. I have always worked out from home but ready to overcome a small anxiety issue and workout at a real gym with a mate. Anyhow it's been a while since I last touched a weight. Probably around a year but within that year played rugby league but season is now over.
I've done some of my own research and my stats are as follows
Age 24
Weight 202
Height 5'10"
Bf around 16 to 17%
I did a silly thing 1.5 years ago and done a short 6 week cycle of a test blend at 475mg a week and only took forma with it. 2weeks after cycle I stopped lifting due to personal issues.
So I'm back on track mentally now and ready to hit the gym hard.
I want to get down to say 10% naturally.
I worked out my maintenance cals for my current weight is 3164 per day
If I take say 600 cals off I should be calorie deficit.
So that would be 2564 cals per day.
What split would u guys recommend
Protein/carb/fat to make up the 2564 daily ?
