Question on a cutting cycle

Whats up fellas

I want to get some advice on an upcoming cutting cycle. My question: If you had to choose a cutting cycle from the list below, what would you take, what dose and for how long?

Primobolan
Oxandrolone
Boldenon
Oral-turinabol

If you feel a test base would be ideal to combine with one from the list above, tell me what would be the best test to include (how much and for how long) as i'm not afraid of needles. Also, what PCT is without a doubt necessary for said cycle?

I'm 5'10, 32 - 180 lbs, lean with around 11% BF. My goals are to attain 10-15 lbs of muscle, lean and ripped. My diet is always in tact and I'm very active in sports if this is relevant. So you know I'm leaning takin Var with something, but not sure what's best with this. Please, i can use your help.

That's a tough one. Since your goals are to attain 10-15 lbs of muscle then i would say a small test base would be necessary.

Do you have an ending bf % goal?

Usually if your goals included that much of a muscle increase you would want to maybe clean bulk and then cut. That way you can focus on adding the muscle in the first cycle and then focus solely on cutting cals while retaining that muscle on the second cycle.

My bad...forgot the details. I'm 32, have been lifting for 9 years on and off. I had a first cycle of Test E for 10 Weeks. I had another cycle years later of Tbol only for 6 weeks (limited in my connections). Its been 4 years since my last cycle and now want to take on another. 'Onebreath' I want to go under the 10% BF when done. My diet is on point bro since I've been doing this for a long time now.

*WHAT do you eat? Are you certain your diet is on point?
(calories, how many meals, what do meals consist of, protein intake, etc. You might think it's on point - but let's be sure.):)

*How OFTEN does off and on mean? Are you lifting on a regular basis now?

Trust me, my diet is on point. Briefly, I eat 6 meals a day consisting of at least 30 grams of protein (tuna, chicken, etc...) with a Casein shake right before bed. All my carb intake derive from Whole Wheats and Brown rice, vegetables and Fruits. I also eat lots of spinach and greens. I've been doing this for a long time now. Of course with cheat days in between...ha. But i've been working out strictly for at least 6 years now and I'm very active with sports. I play Bball and Tennis religiously not that this is relevant with the cutting cycle. I understand its to help me and I appreciate all of it.
 
Right...I am aware of that. But since I'm going to do a cutting cycle, I was hoping I can get suggestions as to what specifically cycle if given the choices I posted on here. Seems like I need to validate my experience in order to attain some advice. I'm 32 and experienced, now can i get some suggestions as to the cycle itself? sheesh
 
prop week 1-12 50-100mg eod
premo week 1-12 600mg p/w
hcg week 500ius week 4-12
(non of this will burn fat) take a two week break and then hcg 500ius eod till 5000 iu bottle is gone

My suggestion to you, New Jersey, is to pay attention when a seasoned veteran gives you advice. We don't just say Hi how ya doin' here's our steroid plan on this board. If you don't give us the information we need to help you, then you may as well go ask some guy on the street. Don't ask anymore questions about steroid use on this board unless you give us your stats. GOT IT ???
 
That's understandble, hence why I come to this board first and foremost for my knowledge; to listen to some experienced advice. But my point is, once I gave you my stats, you still wanted more...my meal plan and calorie count, for merely a suggestion of a cutting cycle. And I believe I did tell you what I eat, albeit briefly. You could've just taken my word that I know what I'm doing with the diet. If I would've said i was 22 then you can ask for more details, but I'm 32 and gave you my stats (5'10, 180, 9 years lifting, etc..) What else constitutes stats on EF? Maybe if i would've known that, i would've answered correctly.

But I understand what you mean. Now can I ask what's a good cutting cycle synergy-wise for solid and lean results? =] Is there a specific combo that's better than another one? What about a combo of 3 from that list? I really would appreciate your or any other experienced mind's help. I want to do this right.
 
Garden - not flaming you - meal plan and calorie count on ANY cycle are essential to achieving specific goals. MORE important than the AAS. FACT.

Personally I couldnt be fucked wasting my valuable time giving you advice if you cant be fucked posting up your stats and diet
 
Cobra, you misconstrue what i'm saying. I know the FACT, like I said I'm not inexperienced with diet and nutrition. Its not like i don't want to give "stats"...im just asking on what they entail so I can get the best advice. So am I suppose to put down calorie count in detail in order to get the best advice? If so, then I will. And to rage, I know what a cutting cycle is, my question is if you had to choose between those 4 substances, which combo would be ideal.
 
Thanks man...the reason I only put down those substances is because MPB in my family and want to avoid that as much as possible. I do appreciate your help tho

I'm not sure on dosages for said cycle either since i've never done Primo. I now Var is at least 40 mg ED to get good results. So if I run Primo with Var and Clen how would this cycle look like?

do a long search on clen, it works great, but afterwards the weight comes back on and then some. Guys use it for competitions where they have to drop bodyfat fast , but a few weeks later it comes back. Try an ECA stack instead.


btw ECA = ephedrine caffeine asperin staked together will really get ur heart pumping, start of in low doses since i dont know ur heart health history, i had an EKG and blood work before i do something new. ECA is milder than clen, but more permanent if u wanna keep the weight off.

edit: i've never done an ECA run while on a cycle at the same time, so find out more info on that.
 
I know this is an old post but...

Prop 1-4 80 mg EOD
Test E 1-12 250 mg EW
Primo 1-12 500 EW
T-bol 7-12 60 mg ED
HCG 6-12 500 iu E5 days
Clomid 13-14 50 mg ED
Sustain alpha 12-16 5 pumps ED

carb cycle through out with all the right macro ratios 3 days low / 4 days high using 250-500 calories below your regular intake. you can do this on a slight deficit but adjust accordingly
 
if you want to really get shredded use Anavar at 50mgs daily for 10 weeks stacked with Test Prop 100mg EOD. eat 60 grams of protein every 3 hours and do at least 1 hour of cardio daily. Dont eat any carbs except maybe 30 grams right after training.

I guarantee you will look shredded after 10 weeks.

keep your calories at your maintenance level or 500 below daily. Main thing is to burn the cals from cardio. Dont rely on calorie deficit. Clen and ECA are both garbage in my opinion. They make you feel weak and eventually you get a "burnt out" feeling which impacts your cardio and lifting sessions in a very negative way. Simple dieting and cardio without thermos is the best route to go IMO.

Also some people in this thread came off as real assholes. We are a kind group of people who are out to help others. Not make them feel like shit... It really pisses me off when I see long time members getting all big headed and acting like king shits to new members. Have some respect and you will get some back.

Treat people like a friend when you talk to them. If I keep seeing people not welcoming new members or others with a good attitude I am going to go on a mass banning spree. Respect people it goes both ways.

test/primo/mast is a good cutter.
prop/tren can be damn good too

Shit you could cut on any steroid if you know what you are doing.
