Hey everyone
Currently cycling Prop+Tren ace 100mg eod for bulking, well I've read some articles says that it'll be great to do light days & heavy days when training every muscle twice a week, I'm doing like this:
A- Chest & Back
B- Shoulders & Arms
C- Legs
X- Rest
For Chest, back and legs I'm doing light days consists 12-15 reps, and a heavy day with 6-8 reps.
My questions is if I should do heavy day for shoulders and arms also?
*TRYIN TO ADD MUSCLE STRENGTH DOESNT MATTER
