question for DC training users...

For those who are training DC style, I was wondering what your gains have been like, and how long you've been training like this.

and go through 60 pages of posts?
Lazy much? Should check the original on Animal's board, over 80 pages

Ive actually read all 60 and all 80 pages on both places, def some GREAT info on there.

Ive made AMAZING gains on the DC method though Im hesitant to post info on it because I was also on my first cycle when I started...

I started DC training last week, and it's going well so far. I found it really hard at first... the slow movements were a real bitch to get use to... and wow it's painful. I'm still trying to get use to it but from what little I've seen so far I think I'll really get some gains from it. I'm still a bit confused about some of the stretches, I've read most of the DC pages and I could still use some help... so if anyone would like to explain the stretches from their point of view it would help.

I was just going to make a new thread about this. I have been on the DC plan for a month and a half now. I FRIGGIN LOVE IT. So far I've gained a good 7 lbs (some fat, but thats expected). I have honestly never grown this fast in my life AND i'm not on anything, just straight food and multivitamin. Strength increases every week. I think my body just grows better with this type of workout.
I think the most important thing though is the stretches and food intake. Like DC said, your making your body grow twice as fast so you gotta eat twice as much.

weighed in at 189 today...gained fat, yeah some, no big deal.

starting DC at 170 (coming off a layoff) feb. 1st.

PR's all over the place

strength gains im most proud of:

120# bb curl. 7/3/2 rest/pause up from starting at 75lbs.

285x4 ATF squats and 225x20

NICE!

Our BB curls have been practically identical throughout DC, I swear.

Prior to DC, I had done one rep with 135, and 2 with 120-125. I usually struggled to do 7-8 with 100.

DC week one, I did 105 for 8...don't remember the rest-pauses w/out looking them up, but probably something like 1/1. Sunday I did 120x8/2/1, still a bit ring-rusty after a week off.

It's important to note that my straight bar curls hadn't moved much in two YEARS...to go from being stuck at something for 2 reps to doing 8 nice reps with it still blows me away. And I did that in 2 months!

I love the routine. It's very much like what I was doing before, just way more frequent and with those tortuous stretches, which I can't imagine training without anymore.
