Question for all here: how long until you saw big changes in your body ??

I am going on almost 3weeks into Phase1 and yes I do see some minor small changes in my body, but nothing drastic, how long does it take to see your muscles actually getting larger ??

I think my Shoulders have gotten more rounded/fuller, the chest maybe a bit, the upper arms; biceps/triceps I really want to grow, are maybe a smidge bit bigger but not really like I want them yet, not even close.

Does it take the full 6 weeks of Phase1, and part of Phase2 to start seeing those muscles really starting stretching the clothes ??

honestly i feel like im seeing results but it could just bee all the extra blood pumped into my muscles.

try taking pictures. you cant look in the mirror because muscular change is such a gradual process. even if omega was god himself, you cant be expecting to see monstrous gains with ANY program (unless on juice of course), simply because the body can only adapt/build muscle so fast...

id like to see what omega has to say, but thats just my view on it all.

but yeah, try the picture thing

What is Omega's official response ?? I think me being only 3 weeks in, and I am now just finally able to increase thw eight more and more will help ??

So I will only get bigger, unless I increase the weight of each set I do, or mainly the 3rd and 4th sets the most ??

~ hi:)

~ it take 3-4 weeks to get into full swing. also your doing the best of the best, so its one of those thing where dividends WILL come , sooner or later.

~ I do feel that Even the most stubborn body will be changed is some very profound way by week 7-8, and even if it does not, repated effort will yield a change.

~ PUSH your self very hard on sets 4 and 5, I mean till exhaustion UNDER controll.

Look at how Dorian Yates goes to failure here:

minute 1:10 - 1:20 :

sets 4 and 5 should be like that

Fucking love that video, just balls to the walls bad ass, I play that alot in back ground while doing the heavy lifts for 3rd and 4th sets. So now I know just go balls out but controlled still and smooth movements on those last couple of sets, where as 1st and 2nd set is to mainly just pump blood to system and get the rythem going ??

It takes 6-8 weeks to notice change on any new program. Thats the norm. Always stick with something 6-8 weeks. Then if you got results stick with it.. If not drop it. The key is being true to yourself and sticking to it. If you did not stick with it or fucked off a lot then there is the problem.
