Question about the mail?

Hi,
I am haveing a hard time figureing out how they catch steroids in the mail unless they set you up. Or they mail and package delivery services have package machices that sniff it out. If anyone knows how they do this please explain? Thanks.

Sometimes make random inspections, but with millions of mail packages its a very small percentage.
