Question about the LipoStack?

I've been reading on here all the good things about the lipostack so I just ordered a stack. How long will the LipoStack last? Also how long does it take to ship? I just placed my order last night.

There are 240 caps in a bottle of amp02 so @ 12 caps per workout thats 20 workouts. I work out every other day, comes to a 3.5 workout/week so.....20 divided by 3.5 is 5.7 weeks. That's all you need to do. Same with the lipoflame. I take 8 prior to cardio but I also take some if I feel a little tired so you'll have to estimate it like that. If you only take 8 pre cardio, that means 180 caps divided by 8 is 22.5 cardio sessions.

That's the way I look at it. Shipping? You got me, my stuff (rapid mass stack) was on back order due to being out of AMP02 so I waited a bit. The lipoflame came kinda quick though.
