question about sarms droppers

got my sarms stack in the mail from the sponsor, what is the best way to take these sarms with the droppers? saw on another forum a post about sucking the liquid out. is it okay to suck the liquid out of it or is that something dirty that will contaminate the entire dropper? i kinda like the taste of it.

I wouldn't suck the dropper that's just goofy, open the back and take it with a chaser no reason to suck on anything.

You dont need to suck the dropper or even make contact with it. Just squeeze it out into your mouth

I hated the taste of it, I ended up getting empty gelatin-capsules and putting it in those.
