I would say that it all depends on what your goals are with taking it ?
If taking to bulk and gain weight, I would stick to some type of schedule that allows for days off and good amounts of rest, maybe working out 4 days per week, every body part 1x per week. If your goal is say cutting and keeping your LBM, maybe you could get away with more workouts and frequency. But regardless, your body generally needs 7 days to recover (most larger body parts) - and it needs plenty of rest to grow - just because it may help in the recovery doesnt necesarily mean to work out more because you might just be defeating your purpose - again, it just depends on what your goals are for it. Im on a cyle right now of 1-AD / 4-AD and have had really good success running it with a high protein, low carb diet - im really just trying to make solid gains in LBM, and drop my BF % at the same time - and its been working great for that - my strength is thru the roof and im definitely putting on quality muscle and getting rid of unwanted fat at the same time.
