Question about my cycle, pct and your opinion..

Hey guys and girls..

I am very new to the forum and have done allot of reading over the past 2 weeks in regards to the use of "enhancing" supplements.. so please do not tell me to read some more.. even though I probably will lol.. I think I have found a cycle in which i would like to run but just wanted to know if I have all my theory correct and I am going to get the results in which i want to achieve..

Anyway.. I want to run a 12 week cut, small mass course.. atm I weigh in at about 76kgs.. (im an aussie not sure on the pounds?) I am 28 years of age, 5'6 and have a BF% of around 15-18%... I have been training on and off for around 2 years.. usually 4months on 4 off.. I know it dose not sound very dedicated but the whole reason i am looking to run a cycle is I would find my gains would max out and it shits me!!!

Firstly I will explain what I want to achieve.. I am looking to put on some solid gains to start with.. nothing to big but around 12-20kg over the 12 weeks.. I know that the way have structured my cycle I may in fact only get big gains to begin with and loose some in the later stages but the aim is to create quality muscle that will hang around for a long time.. pretty much i wanna get where i want to be and then be able to maintain that weight/size while I am off.. The look that I am going for is very lean, cut and medium sized dense muscles.. I know this sounds like a cop out but think of Brad Pitt fight club with a little bit more size.. that is probably the best analogy I can give about what I want to achieve..

So down to my cycle.. I want to run 50mg of Winstrol daily for the full 12 weeks, for the first 4-6 weeks along side the winny I want to run Dianabol at 50mg for a kick start on the size factor. As well as these 2 things I want to run Clenbuterol and also Anavar for the full 12 weeks..

My theory in doing this is that during the first 4 weeks I will put on a considerable amount of size while still reducing my BF%.. After the first 4 weeks the aim is to maintain as much of that size as possible by turning that size into "hard lean" muscle and cut the body fat even more.

Now my question is.. By laying out this cycle will I achieve the results that I am aiming for or have I missed a beat along the way with the way the muscle will bind, or reinforce so to speak the first 4-6 weeks? I am also trying to steer away from the needles as I am not to fond of them and vials are harder to get in Australia.. I can put up with repairable liver damage..

So please give me your thoughts!! as well as any suggestions you may have.. I am sorry about how long this post is but its better than getting the average "Help" post that I see on here..

50mg of oral Winstrol for 12 weeks? With Dianabol at 50mg/day from week 1-6? Any research would have shown you that that is a stupid idea. They are both LIVER TOXIC products. And you want to run Anavar with them.

Not wanting to gain much, but looking to put on 12-20kgs over 12 weeks with these two compounds. You want to gain 44 pounds in 12 weeks with two oral steroids?

You say you have done a lot of reading but your post clearly shows you have not.

EDIT: You have been training "on and off for two years." Learn to eat and train properly then consider Test E at 500mg/week

you have no business messing with anything, gimme a break 4 months on 4 months off, this is a lifstyle not some Quick fix ,the way you're going expect to loose your gains and waste your money!

lol@ Dylan 2 weeks research gives you a PHD? Get real.
I researched for at least 10 years before i touched the stuff!

Sounds like a fantastic cycle.......for pct I recommend dialysis or a liver transplant...good to go!
Lol just kidding. Any cycle over 6 weeks and you need to consider injectables. Health first mate
 
lol ok slam slam.. im new to this shit lol.. im just going off what i have read.. i actually appreciate the crit because honestly im just trying my best.. feel free to keep on slamming.. but it would be more helpful if you point me in the right direction istead of letting me end up in the ER while george cloony shoves his fist in my arse!! lol
 
As your training has been poor thus far i.e. 4 months on 4 months off, you will be able to get great gains just by sorting out a sustainable workout split and good diet.
 
so i take it this is your first cycle if so run Test @ 500mg a wk Nothing else, once you see how your body reacts to hormones later on you may add another compound. Gotta crawl before you can walk.
Also Have an Ai on hand incase of sides (Adex)

Research PCT.

Also you need to train at least 4-5 days a week, even after the cycle ,this is where everyone makes mistakes, after the cycle is over they get slack, Not so ,you gotta feed that new muscle to keep it, and training must be spot on also.
 
btw eating is all good.. never eat any crap.. 4-5 a day.. all meat.. as a good aussie should.. all im looking for is advice.. yeah obviously i have it all wrong but hey.. hence the reason i asked??

yep spot on.. noob.. ok thanks thats what i wanted to hear.. i really wasnt sure with all the posts and confusing stuff.. (for a noob) its hard to ascertain what or which way is the best way to go.. this course was suggested from a site for beginners.. hence i wanna know before i start jabbing myself in the leg

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ this is perfect for your first cycle...

NOW, as for PCT... run a LOW dose of clomid 25/12.5/12.5/12.5 also run unleashed and forged pct... this will ensure proper recovery...

lol grain of salt.. good way of putting it.. im willing to do it to get ahead.. im actually a nurse.. and i have no problems with giving them.. just never given one to myself.. thanks for the advice.. and i apologize for my stupidness but hey we all gotta learn..

Your cycle- its too much for too long. You will never in your life put 20kg of solid muscle in 12 weeks, you´ll grow from week 1-5, and then it´ll stop, it´s possible to gain 20-25lbs, but most water.
If you wanna do only orals, choose only one.
Personally i would avoid stanozolol, from this stuff everything aches, good thing - doesent supress the HPTA too much and you dont need antiestrogen. FYI Stanozolol + Clen - serious muscle cramps.
30mg for 5weeks Dianabol it´s all you need, this was my first cycle i´ve gained 20 lbs and kept 10 lbs. +PCT

there's a lot of different and misleading info out there.. its important to ask people who are experienced to get real life answers...

You just have to know more than a doc, train harder than you ever have in your life and eat correctly for your goals.

This was really in depth and easy to read.. HUGE!! post... props to the boss that wrote it all out.. really good info..
