I did a search, but didn't find much about this stuff. First off, i am very uneducated when it comes to quality and content of foods, so i would just like to know if regular potatoes and avocados are good or bad to add to a diet for someone who wants to lose fat and tone. I am just getting sick of eating the same old stuff and would like to change things up a bit, but have no idea if those two things are good or bad. I know potatoes have a lot of carbs and avocados have a lot of fat...but is it good fat or bad? So to those of you who are food wise, please help me out. Thanks
