My boyfriend is currently taking 60 mg a day he was wondering if he needs to take pct to keep his gains and if so what does he need to take he's only running anavar

i wouldnt even add osta in pct because what little gains he will get off var, he will keep anyways.Such a waste of a cycle, a var only cycle meh.
next time if he insists on doing an oral only cycle. tell him to check out oxandrovar or primodex.they will give him a far better cycle then var, as a stand alone.

I agree. Much better results with Oxandrovar in my opinion

Could not disagree more! I gain over 7kg and lose around 3% bf on a var only cycle. Adding ostarine into pct actually helps me gain an extra kg or two. Also why would you need aromasin for anavar in pct?
Can't comment on the other compounds you mentioned as I have never used, but why do you slate anavar, it works great and does exactly what it claims.

After he is done with pct when's the soonest he can do another cycle but for 8 Weeks? Var only cycle

time on = time off... if he runs 6 weeks of anavar and 4 weeks of pct then that's 10 weeks on so he needs 10 weeks off... he CAN run a sarms bridge in between cycles to help keep gains and add to them...

you gained a kg with osta in pct ? Emagine if you ran osta the whole cycle with var instead of using it during pct .Thats ho wit should be used on a weaker compound like var,instead of running var alone.You would have gained more then double that way and kept most of it with proper pct.

I will be running alongside my next cycle, however until I joined here and started talking to the likes of Dylan, I'd never heard of sarms, hence why I've never run it during a cycle, my pct was the first experience with it, and believe me, it will be in there with my next cycle!! Which starts in June

Your a very helpful guy Dylan! Thanks. I am also considering adding 25mg of proviron ed to my var/ostarine cycle, I know proviron works best with an aromatizable steroid, but I believe there are still benefits to using it, esp as it's not very liver toxic, I think along with the ostarine it would help maximise the anavar gains? Or do you disagree?
