First take: I thing it's cool, because then it will at least some guys the idea that "Hey, I can look better too"

Second take: It just promotes the stereotype that all mo's can decorate, coordinate clothes with shoes, and cook a mean quiche.

And to play by television rules, there has to be at least one over the top queen to draw people in.

I hate "Will and Grace". Everybody believes it's a gay show. It's not a gay show.
It's a fantasy how straight writers believe straight actors should play a gay person...and get it wrong.
I really like "Queer Eye...". Now THESE are gay guys! I know guys like these!
Plus they figured out a reality show where nobody gets humiliated, and everybody wins!

and yes, you're right, there are plenty of gay slobs that could use the same makeover.

it was fun to watch. one of the guys looks like ellen. very sharp humor and the guy on last night cried as he was asking for his girls hand in marriage and these guys made his dream so much more than he ever thought possible. the guy was hot.

I've watched this show a couple of times with my gf. It's pretty damn entertaining for a reality tv show, and I hate reality tv. The blonde dude is funny as hell. I think one of the episodes I watched he had this giant cowboy-style belt buckle on with some tight jeans that no straight man would be able to get away with in public. The thing that cracks me up is how the producers probably talk to the guy who is about to be queerized and ask him to look as completely like shit as possible(i.e. don't shave or wash your hair for several days. also don't clean your apartment for at least a month).

2 of them were on Howard Stern this morning. They're going to give Artie Lange a makeover. The blonde guy, Carson and hair guy. It was pretty funny. Howard was asking about when they found/knew they were gay. Carson said when he was 4 and playing with some Lee Majors doll. Both were "late bloomers". The hair stylist has been with women but decided to change, while the other never was with a women..

So today they'll make him over and tomorrow Artie is going to come in with new clothes and a fresh cut.... Can't wait to see this on E....

ROFL! Actually, my hair is like the guy from last nights episode, so I already knew how to apply my hair products. But I did take one tip away, "Spray, Delay, then walk away"....for the cologone...it works great and you just get a hint of the scent, rather than smelling like an Armani factory. LOL!

Ya know I love ya too babe! Yea, we have been doing great. Looking forward to the Olympia this year. We will also be celebrating our anniversary
