I am glad many people have pmd me that this was useful to them. eat lots of eggs, drink lots of milk and whey protiens (isolates/concentrates) are your friend when on cycle. steaks are great too cause they keep your caloric intake higher. Dont just depend on chicken! its only cause the low fat that people preach chicken anyway amd not everyone has to watch it that bad. you still need to be in a caloric surplus to gain weight anyway.
