I won the IOCF(Institute Of Cretinous Freaks) Mr. Backyard Championships last weekend. Of course I was the only competitor and my 4 dogs were the judges. My trophy was a huge pile of dog shit. Funny it didn't get posted on musculardevelopment.com??? I must've been too scary to post cuz it wasn't an NPC sanctioned show??? I bet I get a special invitation from Joe Weider to do the Mr O in '08 though. lol
