Yes this is what has me so busy trying to get alll my ducks in a row. Diet is going well today is a greatly needed cheat day it is also the last for the forceable future. I go back on tomorrow the diet has put my strength in the shiter. I changed my training to adapt to my lack of strength. Much more volume and a bit more issolation stuff bascially I am doing a lot of the stuff I typicaly make fun of. Oh and cardio dam cardio it is kicking my ass but certainly seems to be doing the job.
I know what you mean about doing things you normally make fun of. I started training TOTALLY different, 180 degrees from what I normally did - and it is nice to have a change.
