Q: when your on your cycle how many days do you train?

In the begining of the cycle Is lifting every other day or training 6 days a week, 1 day off. which one is best to do? Since I figure its an anti-catabolism and recovers my ability really quick it can't hurt me right? or do I wait for the second week to train like that?
 
train like you would normally train. i go everyday work out different parts and take off weekends then hit it again Monday morning you will notice the effects while you are on and training just adjust accordingly.
 
whatever your body can handle..

i work out 4 days on, 1 day off.. or 5 days on 2 days off.. Or mon/tues/thur/fri.. also depends on what i'm doing.. I usually have to take the day after legs off because I kill it.. I tap myself out on chest and back, but I can do those twice a week with little to no sleep..

stick to what's been working for you, and make it more intense.. more weight, more reps, etc..
 
off cycle eod workout im usally fine...on cycle i do every day until i get burnt out...for some reason with tren i can only do 3on 1 off and i need a break...weird shit it is
 
I agree with lilj888, train hard all the time. Dont use the drug as crutch to push yourself more. Train at 110% all the time. In my opinion you still need some time to recuperate, I would'nt train more than 5-6 days. That's only my pov though. Every persons differant though. You may be able to train more than I can on gear or not, use yourself as a ginny pig and test the waters. Good luck man, hope you get the gains you wish for.
 
Monday - Shoulders, Traps
Tuesday - Legs, Glutes, Lower Back
Wednesday - OFF
Thursday - Chest
Friday - Back, Rear Delts
Saturday - OFF
Sunday - Bi's and Tri's

This is my "off" and will be my "on" routine for mass building. I have a different routine for cutting but won't be doing it for a while since I'm preparing for my next cycle. I try to do abs everyday at the end of my workout, and warm up with cardio before lifting (usually 8-10 minute jog on the treadmill) just to get the muscles ready.

Train hard or go home!
 
the bigger you are the more rest you need in my opinion. or for a somewhat slightly different take, the heavier you lift the more rest you need. but with that being said, its hard not to train more often while on cycle. it is possible to overtrain while on aas. it may seem obvious, but some bros dont agree with that.
