Pyramid Club Strongman Showdown - Rahway, NJ

There will be a NAS sanctioned strongman contest this summer in Rahway, NJ. The date is set for August 16, 2008. All proceeds from the contest go to a cystic fibrosis charity.

Divisions: Lightweight Men <200
Middleweight Men <231
Heavyweight Men >231

The events are:

Log Press for Reps
LW 200 LB, MW 230 LB, HW 250 LB
Deadlift for Reps
LW 455 LB, MW 515 LB, HW 585 LB
Farmers Walk/Tire Flip/ Chain Drag Medley - 50' each
LW- 200/700/400 MW-220/700/400 HW- 250/850/550
Tree Carry for maximum distance (Weight TBD)
Atlas Stones - LW 220-330 HW 240-360
