I like an intra-workout drink. The best would include something like:
20g Hydrolyzed Caseinate
100g WMS or Oat Starch Powder
10g L-Glutamine
5-10g CEE or Creatine Mono
10ml Glycerine or 5-10g Glycerol powder
What is a decent option, and what I currently use is the Muscle Replenisher from ntbm, with 10-20ml glycerine added.
