PWO Shake During Workout Instead--Anyone?

I'm thinking of changing my workout time and it would be later in pm, finishing right about bedtime. Rather than have a protein/carb drink pwo, would it be productive to sip it during my workout instead of after? Does anyone do this?
 
I would save it for post workout. Protein shake along with the carbs to restore glycogen levels. If you want a intraworkout supplement I would throw in BCAA's.
 
recently ive been so spent mid workout that I go drink a 30g protein shake right after initial cardio and before lifting. I just make it small and condensed (little water) so I don't feel too full. still u should do a whey/casein mix after tho.

not a chance...Id wear it on my shoes...

I do BCAAs during tho...and actually really notice a difference if I don't
 
I like an intra-workout drink. The best would include something like:

20g Hydrolyzed Caseinate
100g WMS or Oat Starch Powder
10g L-Glutamine
5-10g CEE or Creatine Mono
10ml Glycerine or 5-10g Glycerol powder

What is a decent option, and what I currently use is the Muscle Replenisher from ntbm, with 10-20ml glycerine added.
