Another board ran me for this plan..........I thought it looked decent for a cut diet.........what do you guys think?


How would this plan look for someone who is cuttinf vs. someone who is bulking?

I dont know about the brown rice that late? What was your thought on that?? especially if your cutting...also i would bump the one scoop of protein..make it 2.....i think it looks fine...
 
Your body is striving for carbs post workout bro...doesnt matter if its 2am..........any other thoughts? I'll listen to a few reputable answers, dont get me wrong.....just support your theory
 
I think it's fine, but why are you cutting? All you talk about is needing to bulk and then you turn around and start cutting. Not trying to be an ass bro, but I think you have a body image disorder.

I understand that bro, but i thought that the dextrose was to serve that purpose?

It's for my buddy at the gym...thats his layout...........relax..........I'm in no way cutting....lol......so, this isnt too many cals? I also thought about having him nix the PW shake and go right into the meal as long as it falls into the 1hr window...........thoughts?
 
I think it's fine personally, esp. if he's been working out, his metabolism will be going like crazy and his body will be needed the nutrients to start rebuilding. As long as he isn't feeling too full, or bloated, then go for it.
 
but isnt that way to low on calories ,wont this put him into starvation mode
