Puppy fat is a layer of fat that alot of teenage boys get, its to do with growth and shit, but i was just wondering if anyone had tips on getting rid of it?
And I dont have a set diet.. I dont always eat breakfast, I dont always eat diner at school because to be quite frank the school meals are bollocks. I bought a fryed egg in a toasted tea cake the other day... it had no egg in. I bought a bacon cob the other day.. the only bacon in it was streaky rind. I have breakfast most of the time just every so often I miss it. From tomorrow I'm starting a food diary so I will paste that tomorrow evening. I usually have about 30g of protein 30 mins before a workout, then about 20-40g of protein and an isotonic sports drink after, and a sports drink 45 mins before breakfast in the mornings. Other than that I dont have a set diet, but I try and keep it as healthy as possible.. Sorry for not being very specific..
