hey guys i just saw this and thought i would spread the good news... (karma for me)

at www.rippedmass.com in the anabolic forum, they posted a link to where you can download The video in 4 parts. they have part 1 ready for download, and will add a new part ever few days so we can get them all. i never saw it before. it was a real good video.

for those who are arnold fans, its a must see.

what type of player are you guys using? I downloaded it and it doesn't work with Windows Media Player. All I get is sound no video. Let me know what free players you guys might be using.

he had 2 posts about it not working, and he uploaded a codec to the same folder. if you cannot see the video (only hear it) you need the codec. just download it, install it (easy it does it itself) and then the video will work.

make sure you read the post for all the instructions. like if you have a mac, you need a different codec....

i'll post here (or try to) when each part is available. i emailed willk and he said that he could only do 1, or 2 at a time because the files are huge and the MB space on the server costs $$$... so he will divide it up....

I am missing it! I just registered and I don't see instructions on how to download it. I tried twice and can't get it to work, I even downloaded the software but still can't get it to work! Any one who can explain this to me like I am a ten year old please help..........I am a computer moron.
