9 is a little effin extreme lol

6 is the perfect dose for me during the week. Awesome focus, just right energy, and a solid pump. I do train a little later in the day and this allows me to get some solid sleep.

The 9 cap dose today was kind of an unplanned event. I have no bed time tonight and nine caps came out when I opened up the bottle, so I went for it.

I've been out of the gym an hour or so now and still feeling pretty freakin pumped up.

In my opinion yes. Others might disagree of course. I'm really not a fan of Jack3d. Mid workout crash plus extreme jitteriness and borderline panic attacks make for a poor workout lol

how does pump3d stack up to amp02? similar kind of product? didnt notice a huge difference with the amp honestly, but liked lipstim/flame

Amp is NO based and more mild

Pump3d is ATP based and Strong

I use both.

Tend to use Pump3d before 4 pm and Amp after 4 PM
