Pudding?

Do you think pudding is ok to eat, since there is no sugar or fat. I make it with non fat milk, so you get some protein. However, it does have a lot of sodium. I am on a cutting cycle right now, so I am trying to watch what I eat.

It is the stuff you buy in the grocery store that says Jello instant pudding, fat-free and sugar free. It has 6 grams of carbs per serving, but no sugar. There are 4 servings per box.

sure you aren't talking about Jello... i've personally never seen sugar free pudding... if there is such a thing, please, sign me up!!!...

anyways, i believe you, but remember if you are making it with milk, you are adding sugar (Lactose is a sugar)

does anyone know if you can make instant pudding with soy milk... i want to try this, but i'm afraid it'll be gross??

adding a little sugar free pudding- not the whole box due to the soduim- to a vanilla protein (pistachio, butterscotch) makes a pretty yummy shake..mmmmm

I haven't come across any of that sugar free puddings here in the UK :(

Maybe I'll try looking harder next time I'm food shopping - it sounds pretty good.
