when you come off PCT is crucial but most important is already being commited BEFORE you touch steroids.. this way you know how to lift not just on cycle but off as well.

the problem is some guys get sucked in like burn said because they start lifting a short time and then jump on the sauce so they are incapable of lifting without it. with SARM's and the amazing supplements out there especially like T stack Rx you can recover quickly from cycle and still get that on feeling even off hormones

I am NO guru by any means but I am here well in advance to learn what I can.

I fully understand some guys jump on the sauce too soon. I am not an advanced lifter by body standards. I am small by nature and developed a natural physique that only gets noticed if the shirt comes off

I am training full bore to see where I am at naturally before I stagnate

PCT's (and AI's) consumes most my research time. I will most likely start off with a Test E cycle

I can tell you when I used to cycle, before TRT there definitely was a mild depression after. You get over it and move forward.

Being on TRT, I dont get that. I either feel great (TRT), or awesome (on cycle/blast). There's really no down period. Definitely not for everyone though, and it's a life long commitment.

I am inter3sted in this immensely. You do TRT and cycle periodically?

I would consider doing my own TRT in the future (depending on my blood work) to elevate my free test levels.

I don't want to get OT but I feel I "may" have low T. I've discussed with my doctor but he didn't seem interested at all to explore

At 19yrs old I had very little desire to have sex twice in a row. I always thought this wasn't right. At my current age of 39 it is pretty much the same story. In 2013 I met a super HOTT girl who I am still seeing (just a "friend"), fake DD's, butt injections, lip injections and a gorgeous face. The first time we had sex we did it for 2hrs and I could not chum and that's happened a few times (minus the 2hrs, I give it much sooner if I know)

*most this has been alleviated after I shed some excessive fat. I think my test levels were definitely lower then

Anyways, that's a bit personal I know. I'm just sharing because I told my doctor this to see if I could have my test levels test. He just said sex at 40 isn't like when you're 20 and 50 not 40...I don't want to be half hard at 45 or 50 even

I am going to see a naturopath next week who does a very thorough blood screening so we'll see if my suspicions are correct
 
I appreciate Any responses. I know I will cycle but it is matter of when I am ready and committed and when I am confident I know what I am doing; blood work and what to look for, AI's, PCT's...

I will stand up and say this for any newbie like me. This shit is really overwhelming trying to digest. Maybe I'm just slow, lol..I have to read, read something else and go back again. I have read just the PCT threads over and over

As far as lift strength and the latter, I think I will be okay. I assume you would have to reduce volume and increase rest days and do your damnedest to hold strength (this will be another source research down the road, how to train coming off, prob heavy compound lifts with little assistance work, rest and STRICTIST nutrition)

You're not slow. It IS a ton to digest when you try and learn how to do things right.

Let me give you another tip also. When your first cycle really hits you in the face....check your ego at the gym door. Just because you feel like you can bench 315 and you could only do 225 the week before don't throw 315 on the bar. I see guys that cycle do this every week. The more they feel like they can lift, the more they pile on. This is begging for injury. If you don't get injured you will pay for it after cycle. Trust me, been there.
 
There's this fuck at my gym who is on like his 3rd cycle. I saw him when he started lifting. Skinny, pot belly, ect.... awful form. He wasn't lifting 3-4 months before his first cycle. Zero base, finished two cycles and STILL didn't even look like he even worked out!! Now is mid 3rd cycle and still hase the same shape as when he started lifting but just a little more visual volume. Smooth, no muscle definition at all.

^^^ The point is, he cant lift natural because he never (and still hasn't) learned how to train and diet naturally to get real results. So he gets shit results from AAS. If you are using AAS like this jerk off is....for a short cut and making the AAS do all the work you will get nothing from it and when you come off you will feel like shit, everything will hurt, your attitude will be shit ect.



How do you know his gear was any good?

Your doctor isn't interested in your test levels? Fuck him. He works for you. Go in and ask for a full blood panel. Have them mail you the results and bring them here.

Better yet, go see an endocrinologist. There are even out of state, and online clinics that can refer you to someone to do your bloodwork.

Simply accepting that your doctor isn't interested is bs. Fuck that lazy bastard. He doesn't want to get into it, cause he doesn't know shit about it.

I agree 100%. I should push the issue but I have very little trust in our health care. I am from Canada where our health care is free (ermmm; hidden into our taxes), and we get what we pay for

I don't mind investing my personal funds to confidently monitor my health. I don't trust my doctor to determine what are acceptable ranges.."you make it into the low range so you should be just fine"

At least by seeing this naturopath she can help keep a close eye on all my vitals and she will know she works for me

*I DO need to check to see if there is any legal involvement stating they cannot assist my labs if they know I will be using*
