Most people take in 1g-2g per lb of BW for protein. Whether it is 1g, 1.5g, 2g or anywhere inbetween is up to you and what you think your body needs.
OR....a small amount of others feel that you should not be "feeding fat", therefore they take in 1g-2g per lb of LBW. (get BF done by a REPUTABLE method, finding lbs of fat and lbs of muscle, now you know your fat weight and lean body weight). This way, you are only feeding the muscle.
For protein, I tend to go with 1-1.5g per lb BW.
