The cool thing is that if you email them and tell them what kind of stuff your looking for, they will reply with a specific combo they think suits your needs.

I agree with the others. I love the protein factory. You can speak to them during business hours over the phone or through instant messenger. Just make sure you save some of your old containers, because the protein will be delivered in plastic bags. When I first ordered mine, i felt so down because of no flashy labels

I have my protein delivered to So Fla sometimes and it takes about five biz days via UPS. Check out the creatine and glutamine prices too. He will tell you where he gets the stuff so you can verify the quality yourself!!!! Way cool.
