Protein Shakes

I use Designer Whey, SportPharma & Optimum Nutrition brands....

I go by: taste, protein content, carb content & sugar content when looking for a protein powder - so it's really a matter of personal choice.

Any one have any suggestions on the good ones i should be buying? I will be having 1 or at most 2 in my diet.

Beverly International makes great protein powder- I love the Muscle Provider Cookies and Cream! Tastes great on oatmeal too!

i use allthewhey. Very tough to beat their prices. it can be done, but they have been quite reliable and always good to me.

I am looking too for a good tasting, high protein shake...Are the ones for ladies much different than the ones for men? Is there any difference at all?

There's not really gender-specific protein shakes.....most women use the lower calorie per scoop shakes as their calorie allotment is usually lower than a man who is say, on a bulking cycle & needing to eat 5,000 cals + a day...

A scope of Optimum Nutrition Vanila mixed with pretty much any Whey Gourmet Flavour from PVL is tops in my book.

100% why from Optimum is awesome. I have tried everything and it is the one I decided to stick with.
I do use Myoplex for a post work out shake though. Got to have some carbs!
