I've been doing alot of research on whey protein and its hard to separate the truth from the &^(*&^)(. I'm sure everyone has heard how the supplement industry cuts cornerns ; putting less than advertised uanities of the ingredients listed. The uestion is which companies can be trusted. Does anyone independantly test whey or are we all doomed to waist our hard earned dollars. As a juicer 70% of my protein comes form food but I still rely on whey for the rest. If anyone can shed light on this thanks.
