Protein intakes per body weight

Do you Guys have a scale or model you try to eat by for protein consumption? Like grams of protein per lb body weight?

Or do you just eat when your hugry?
 
you need to eat based on a model

so weight in lb x 2 in protein

so if you're 200lbs x 2 = 400 grams of protein per day

hard to get it in food so drink a lot of protein shakes

Personally I do not track macros but just focus on eating the right foods when I am hungry. I typically am eating in a window though. My favourite is 20/4 but I will occasionally go to a 16/8 on the weekends. The key though is the focus on clean whole, single ingredient foods.
