Protein intake question while bulking

Guys I get protein powder rash every time I take protein powders, so I definitely have to put it on the side, my question is how many gms of the following foods do I have to consume every day to get the enough protein I need daily for bulking: Eggs, lean beef, chicken breast, turkey breast, fish, thank you.

the protein thing is overblown. that is what happens when the supplement industry pushes absurd macro's like you must get 400g a day

yes we need protein to build muscle, but you don't need as much as people think. 1g per day per pound of bw is enough. so if you weigh 200 pounds, 200g is plenty.

I recommend 1-1.5g of protein per pound of body weight.

Getting rashes/acne from protein powder is actually a very common problem.

There are two main types of whey protein available: a whey protein isolate and a whey protein concentrate. The problem with a whey protein concentrate is that it will contain a few grams of lactose (the milk sugar naturally occurring in dairy products) per serving. The majority of adult humans have a lactose sensitivity which can cause GI issues, acne, skin rashes etc.

It's the whey concentrate in the product that is causing the acne flair up.

A whey protein isolate on the other hand is essentially pure protein and will have no lactose. You will not get acne when using a pure whey isolate.

I personally use the whey protein powder isolation from n2bm.com. A 30g scoop has 26g protein, 1g carbs and 0g fat.

If you want to ditch the meat from your diet, and want to keep getting you natural protein, there are plenty of different sources, like nuts, fish, and certain vegetables that are rich in protein, so you would not be losing much just by not eating meat. Just do a little research and see what alternative protein-rich foods will fit your budget or tastes.

Your macros wont change whether you use a powder or not. Get the same amount of protein in each day just get it through foods. I recommend at least 1g per lb body weight and don't think going over 1.5g is necessary.
