I M 181 Lbs And About %4 Bodyfat Now , But My Body Still Retain Some Water And If I Cut Back To Carbs I Start Loosing Muscle .. I Try To Eat Around 270 Gr Protein ,350 Gr Carbs And 35 Gr Fat , My Body Still Can Absorb That Much Protein If Im Not On Any Kind Of Anabolics Or Juice. What Should I Do Please Help

4% bodyfat??? that's really good. i don't know how healthy it is to have that much bodyfat percentage. I don't know how you still have water retention. Well, try cutting carbs to 250 and increase protein to 350 and use MCT's such as organic cocunut oil as a substitute for energy for the carbs. Use up to 6 tablespoons a day of the cocunut oil and see how that goes.

I dont know that much about dieting since Im not a bodybuilder, powerlifter but i still eat clean, and have low bodyfat. But holy shit 4% thats freakin low is that leaning out for a contest, or in the off season. Sorry couldnt put my 2 cents.

Ok.. here goes:

Your total calorie conumption is 2795cals... ok, you train hard, eat hard, even at that low bf %...

however:

Cals 2795
Protein 270g, 38%
Carbs 350g, 50%
Fats 35g, 11%

Assuming all your carbs are impact and no fiber... its hard to guess, as i KNOW you are eating veggies and fiber is an issue, either way, your carbs are way too high and your fats are way too low.

Go 40% Protein, 30/30 in terms or carbs and fats... i would prefer to see you at 40% Carbs, actually, but i dont think you will go there....

More Fat, less carbs. Your clearly NOT in a LBM GAINING stage, so what are concerned about assimilating all that protein for? I think your protein is too high, actually, but most BBs are real zealots about their particular protein requirements...

I would suggest no more than 1.4g PRO/lb of LBM at this BF%, which would leave you with a bit less than 240g protein.

More stats please: what are your goals? height? age? etc etc.

IM TRYING TO MAINTAIN MY CURRENT WIEGHT , IM ABOUT 6'' (184cm) . ı only eat oat and brownrice almost never had a cheat meal .. WHY MORE FAT AND LESS CARB ?????
WHAT WILL CHANGE ? ALSO WHAT KIND OF FAT DID YOU MEAN BY THAT ??THANKS

No, actually, from my experience its not. WHY is it too much fat? I am curious how you draw that conclusion.

40/40/20 Ratio Is 280 Gr Protein 280 Gr Carb And 62 Gr Fat Which Is High, Almost 30 Gr Of Fat Comes From Oat Brown Rice And Poteins You Can Stop It , What Kind Of Fat Should I Take 30 Gr Of Fat Lets Say

Not quite sure what some of that last part meant 'You can stop it'. Stop what? And what is high? the fats? less than 20% fat on a consistant basis is not a good idea.

Where you should you get your fats? is that the question? Find a listing of fats with the hightest available EFAs: I like Walnuts for a bunch of reasons, and I am partial to Fish Oils, Arctic Cod Oil and Greenland Shark Oil specificly. EVoO is a nice addition to life, not just diet, cold pressed EVCoconut oil is a joy too...

In the end you do what works for you, and share your experiences with different ratios. I am a big fan of carbs and the appropriate fats and conisder the protein intake of most BBs way above what they need and way past what their body can utilize. A huge portion of the protein consumed by the 2-3 x LBM crowd spills over as having been converted to sugars and, sadly, as stored fats.

Hey, if 10% or less fat works for you, great! Stick with what works! But be careful about what you 'think' is too much unless you have actually tried it in earnest...

In the past, experimenting with macros, I've cut on a 2400 cal - 30/10/60 - pro/carb/fat where majority of the fat came from nuts, fish and olive oil, and minimal saturated fat. I was able to get to ~7% easily, probably because this is more of a keto diet, but never the less still shows that fat can be used to aid in bodyfat loss. If you're @ ~4%, I'm not sure where you can lose anymore bf. Seems like you're dialed in at your best.

I think the 'you can't stop it' means you can't avoid the fat that comes with the carbs/protein you're intaking. Most of them are in very small amounts that add up when a 3000 cal diet is in place, even if it's clean.
