hitting my groups almost twice a week (6 day's a week can't get enough of it)
workout times are 5 am and at lunch
food is clean 3200 to 4000 cal.
protein 270 to 320
in the gym for about 7 months or so working out for the past 10 years.

i can go into detail if needed i track my food intake and log my workouts
(tracking food for 3 weeks but have been eating like a horse 6 meals a day
just started loging my workouts to help me reach my goal)

my buddy was heavy into bb 10 year's strong he was 6'2 289 bf 10 %
the last 4 years he has been doing the ufc fighting now he is at 145 lbs not on gear anymore witch is cool he has a degree in sport nutrition

tried to do a cycle a few years ago but working out of town doing constuction smashed that 3rd week into it

1st real cycle

he sugested that i run this cycle seems heavy to me and long
sus 250 for 10 days straight (run out my 10 single 1amp)
day 5 start deca 200mg for 10 days straight (run out my 10 ml bottle)
wk 3 start test cyp 600 mg wk for 6 wks (run out my 20 ml bottle)
wk 9 empty
wk 10 winny m/w/f 50 mg for 6.5 wks (run out my 20ml bottle)
wk 10 deca m/w/f 200mg (run out my 10 ml bottle)

for pct i have Clomid Aifm Nolad

would realy like your guy's input thank you

so let me get this right, he is saying to do 250mg PD of sus for 10 days (insane) followed (start at D5) deca 200mg PD for 10 days (insane) then test C 600PW?

That is fucked up!!
Is this your first cycle? If yes why not test C 500mg PW with proper PCT......simple and very effective.
 
i've done a lot of reading and i want to make sure that i get the most out of my first cycle

thats why i'm asking
 
First off you say your cals are between 3200 and 4K? That's a difference of 800 cals a day! That's a lot. Better find out exactly where you are. Otherwise you won't know where to adjust.

Now onto the cycle. Without going over board that is one of the dumbest cycles I've seen in a long time. And I've seen a lot of them.

First cycles should be test and something like EQ or deca. Around 400-500 mgs each. They should be run from 10-16 weeks.

NO SHIT, i was wondering the same damn thing. I see NO way a guy who was 289 could even be on the frame of a 145lb guy.

I think this guy is feeding you a line of shit bro, NO WAY he was 289 10 years ago...........i call those guys in the gym the "usedtobees".....they all "used to be" 250 and lean or the "used to" bench 500 etc.

no wah this guy lost 50% of his bodyweight........no way he was that large and lean.

Exactly what I was wondering. And how is that Nolad for PCT?

Personally this thread wreaks of a young kid that did very little research came into contact with a couple of vials and is trying to figure out how to use them

me too! i couldnt comprehend anything after reading that...and i went from a fat ass 305 to 190 after 2 years, without being anorexic i could never hit 145lbs...

somethings fckd up :rolleyes:
 
i'm at work so i'm typing fast and his weight was 289 to 249 thanks for the flaming flaming jk
and it's nolvadex for during and or for pct

he did this cycle but from the reading i've done it seemed to be alot and long so thats why i'm asking

And Ulter thanks for the info i've seen you post that guys don't use enough on their first cycles so i'm glad you posted.

Yeah I love those "usedtobees" too! I swear every old dude in my gym used to have a physique just like mine and was just as strong... :rolleyes:

i have 20 ml of cyp 200mg
and 10ml of sus 250
could i run sus 250 infront of the cyp to get the 10 wk cycle
wk 1 and 2 sus 250 m/thur
wk 3 start cyp at 600 mg till gone runs out about wk 9

and save 20 ml of deca
20 ml winny for a later cycle
 
You only have 5500mg test total bro, so most you can run is 550mg/week if you are going to run it 10 weeks.

i thought you were going with ulters advice and running 1000mg/week?

the deca i have is 200mg so 1.5 cc isn't that 300mg a wk

and if so how would you run it

being the sus cyp and deca?

if the deca is 200mg/ml just run 2cc's a week along with the cyp and sust as i told you in the earlier post

I would go with that on top of the test . Sounds solid with what you have to use.

If you are going to only use what you have then you are set here:

You don't need to use sust if you're already using cyp. Test is test!
 
so if i drop off the sus should i use the winny at the end of my cycle

i'm so back and forth on my first cycle

I know i should run 400mg of cyp
and what about deca 200 mg a 2 to 1 cycle or 1 to 1
