After every shot I break the needle off by using the cap and holding it with the needle pointing down and bend it both ways till the needle breaks off. Then I put them into a plastic bottle and toss it out. I don't want anyone to get poked by a stray needle either.....TAPOUTM

i put mine into an empty protein container, and then ill dump it in a local commercial dumpster. I always usually switch up the places where I dump stuff just in case they get u on video camera doing it a lot and get suspicious
