There is only so much 4ad that can be suspended in that patch. 10% or less of that amount actually will be absorbed into the skin. This is assuming they are using the best known patch formulas.
If I read there box, each patch is 20mg. So you'd get about 2mg of 4-ad absorbed per patch (assuming they made a decent patch).
The spray 4-AD will deliver more because it is delivered over a much larger skin area. Its also more efficient at delivering the 4-AD to the derma.
$86 for 30 days...ouch. Oh, nice touch adding a picture of Cypionate to the page. What a SCAM artist!

prohormones in general are pretty much garbage, gear is the way to go for real size. but many dont wnat to go down that road so stick to creatine, glutamine and protein for your most solid gains
