Started to lift like an animal again, and amn it feels good, nothing like scaring everyone at your gym, because of the intensity!!!! All lifts have gone up and I figure if I keep progressing then I'll be a fuckin monster by the end of feb.
I wondering does anyone here lift just to maintain their physique, I just don't understand this principle (unless you play a sport, or compete)
