I won this at a regional level back when I was 19..

I was very very fast at breaking down a hindquarter hanging on a rail by a hook weighing about 225lbs with a boning knife.

Anyone else wish they would televise the finals on ESPN5 ?
 
Are you serious, they have contests for meat butchering? Holy shit, that's a serial killer wet dream!!!

In all seriousness, I'd like to check it out. Im sure I'd be able to get about 400 pounds of scrap tenderloin if I hung around until the end. I was always amazed at how fast the Japanese cooks always chopped the food in front of you so quickly at a hibachi.

Are you considering entering it again?
