problem with uncle????

I ordered about $1000 from uncle about a month ago. I got an email 2 weEks later sayijg it was sent but no tracking number .I have emailed him about 4 or 5 times asking for tracking number and I have yet to get a message back. I have read several forums also where ppl haven't received gear and he's not answering emails. Anyone else having this problem? ?
