Problem With My Protein?

This is a question i hadnt thought of...Ive been using aussie caseinate for a while and not whey. Is that an issue or should I be using a mix of the 2? I know the caseinate is slower digesting but is it making that big of a difference?...

Just wondering...

"traditionally" whey is best taken post workout because it is quickly absorbed and digested... casein would best be taken before bed or if there will be any kind of extended time between meals.

Personally I dont think it is that serious... but rule of thumb would be whey pre/post workout casein every other time.

Yeah im probably gonna pick up some more whey, but after i ran out last time, i ordered the caseinate in bulk...so i never thought to pick up more whey....I'll have to grab some for pre/post workouts.

I hadnt thought abotu it oddly enough till now.

again, the best would be to have a nice blend of fast and slow acting proteins, but I would say as long as your consuming 1 gram per 1 lb of body mass your good to go.
