Problem with Cheappinz!

I ordered a bunch of stuff they charged my visa Feb 4th i still have not recieved anything, i tried contacting them but no luck anyone have a way of gettin a hold of them?.......i cant even log into their website using my original login and password sounds fishy.......btw i am in Canada
any suggestions?

Don't think they're a sponsor of elite bro. I just ordered there myself, card got charged and never even got a confirmation email. Spent 43$. Not much but I have a feeling I got fooked myself.

Btw.. I know Canadian Customs holds things for a while some times.
I've had supplements from the states sit in customs for like 3+ weeks before, might be the case.

Good point gawd, prob went to my junk mail folder. I've never had an issue w/ them before but always got an email before. I didn't know they were ever a sponsor tho. Hope they are, its always a good feeling having elite in ur corner if something goes wrong.

I think they are still a sponsor. I have an order somewhere out there too but I did get a confirmation email that it was shipped. I know it usually takes 2+ weeks to get through customs. It was 2 weeks for me on Friday. Good luck!

I know that it takes sometimes weeks & weeks to send any package from the US to Canada. I sell hard-to-get electronic parts on eBay, and often I'll get an eMail from a Canadian buyer, worried where the package is. So far, they've always gotten there sooner or later. We're not allowed to discuss exact shipping methods in the forums, but using common sense, the speedier option of any carrier really IS speedier to Canada (or anywhere else outside the USA).

I've had a package recently sent using the speedier option. It got to the border really quick.. then sat there for weeks.

Just loosely related to this topic... shipping to Canada is a fucking NIGHTMARE!!! I sent a UPS package, it was $30 for their "economy" shipping option, which I selected as time wasnt really an issue... I was returning a $380 worth of clothes I had got on a trip to Alberta. Well, a month later the package arrives at the store, with a $151 charge for "Taxes and Fees" that the merchant had to pay, so my refund is the money I spent on clothes ($380) MINUS $183.00USD. Fuck me, for a 6lb, 10x10x10 box. Fuckin unbelieveable.

Got in contact with a nice lady at cheappinz guess they were upgrading their system so my order must have got misplaced........ they are reshipping should see my stuff in 2 weeks or so

There stuff comes from Florida I waited 6 weeks couldn't get a response finally found a number called it a lady texted me back then about 3 more weeks later got my stuff they suck in my opinion

Not to try to take away from anyones business but I am curious as to why anyone in Canada would order syringes from the US. First of all, they are easy to get here - never had any real questions asked but have had issues with pharmacies stocking the actual gauges and lengths that I wanted.

Not sure where you are located but where I am we have a local medical supply place where you can walk in and just browse the shelves where they have boxes and boxes of syringes,needles, filters, etc no questions asked.

If you still would rather order, surgo medical supply is a domestic source for syringes with quick, trackable 2 day shipping.

I hate customs.
