Problem, Major Cramping in legs and arms with keto...sorry to bother yet again...

anyone else having this crap ass problem....ok for one i'm on keto....and two i've been injesting coffee like it's going to be illegal tomorrow....and now i've been cramping for about two to three days in my arms and legs....and it hasn't ceased for one moment. what the fuck? i don't have a supplement at hand...nor the money to go blow on supplements so does anyone recommend anything.....i'll do some more searching for answers but you guys tend to be quicker. thanx

One thing Duchaine mentions in his book BodyOpus, is that keto diets do tend to lower the bodies electrolyte content. I'm not exactly sure how the diet does this, but it does. He recommended electrolyte supplementation, which is rather in expensive. I suppose you could also try drinking water w/ additional minerals added in.
 
sounds like you're dehydrated- coffee acts as a diuretic, and w/ no or few carbs, probably losing lots of fluids. Increased water intake, as well as massage & stretching may help to promote better circulation & loosen things up a bit.
