it is one of the biggest scams out there, did you read what is in it? of course you like it, it has milk, sugar, starch and other garbage in it.
the one i recommend is sach boulardii and even that is scammed. you gotta buy it from the health food store and it has to be refridgerated

It's not something I recommend.
Yes you get some beneficial probiotic cultures, but you also get the inflammatory dairy products along with it. It's kind of like doing something positive and negative for your health at the same time.
I would much rather you get probiotics from things like sauerkraut.

Probiotics are something I would recommend supplementing instead of getting from dairy products.
