with the right training and diet i say yeah it's doable, btw how old r u ? u must be over 30 if ur on hrt, what i'm trying to tell u here is u may have a low HGH which will make it hard on u to gain new muscles so i advise u to look for peptides like ghrp-2 or ipamorelin and cjc-1295 w/0 dac u can have a combo of these that give u a 5 iu pulse of ur own endogenous gh for about 2-3 hours, a single pre-bed shot may be enough for anti-aging purposes and help u recover from ur training sessions, u may add more shots in case ur serious about adding muscles and burning fat faster, but always start slow.
