Primo Depot & OX???

I'm new to ALL of this but I started taking Ox. Now I want to take that with Primo Depo. I need to lose alot of weight and gain muscle. I am a 27YO female. I have read alot about both and they would seem to go well together...any comments or suggestions?
 
I am by no means one of the experts on this forum, but I have listened to their advice long enough to know what they are likely to tell you: if you "need to lose a lot of weight" you should not be on AAS. You should not be even considering AAS. You should be worrying about your diet and exercise.

If you want help with your diet and exercise plans, you'll get the best feedback if you start out by reading the sticky that says "start here," which will explain what kind of information you should include in your first posts.

I definately misspoke. I want to shred fat (alot in my eyes but not alot by other peoples standards...I'm thick!) and build lean muscle. I am kinda strong already (I have been doing cardio and light weights for awhile) but I want to kick it up. I have always wanted a cut, muscular body, like those of the women who compete, and now I am actually going to work hard enough to get it.

My diet right now is basically protein, protein, protein. I eat tuna, chicken, egg whites and protein shakes and that's about it.

I am on my first week of 5mg Ox. I plan to only up to 10mg in about two weeks.

I'm 5'3, 180lbs...sounds ALOT worse than it looks.

Please tell me your thoughts! You look like you definately know what you are talking about!!!:)
 
you need a balanced diet of pro/fat/carbs. you wont build muscle on protein alone. i still think at that weight for your height your BF is way to high to use AS. diet and cardio adn heavy training is what you need, not drugs.

do you weigh your food? post your diet.
 
In lieu of asking for a lot of information from you, or throwing a lot at you, I'd ask why you feel taking exogenous hormones is neccesary to meet your fitness goals? How long have you currently been trying to lose bodyfat and what have you tried?
 
As everyone has said we really need to know your exact diet to give you the best advice. That being said I think primo is a terrible idea for a first cycle and stacking anything on a first cycle is an even worse idea.
 
My diet is as follows:

1st meal 7:30am 2 egg whites boiled
2nd meal 10am protein shake
3rd meal 12:30 baked fish filet with 1/2 cup of brown rice
4th meal 2:30 protein shake
5th meal 5:30 grilled chicken breast and 1/2 cup brown rice


Please help me! I like the way I feel when I work out on the OX 5mg so far...thoughts?
 
I would put some sort of quality fat or a complex carb in meal one. You need it for brain function alone. It will help you for the rest of the day too.
If you like the way 5mg's feel I would say stick with that alone and keep tweeking the diet. I think you will get great results that way.

What time is your work out at? Just looking at that diet I don't think you are eating enough also there is no veggies in there.
